PUBLIC APPEAL FOR PARTICIPATION IN
VOTING FOR
MT. KILIMANJARO, NGORONGORO CRATER AND THE
SERENGETI INTO THE NEW SEVEN NATURAL
WONDERS OF AFRICA
Recently, a new competition has been
launched to vote for entries into the list of new SEVEN NATURAL WONDERS OF AFRICA. The competition is conducted via
the Website, http://sevennaturalwonders.org involving twelve (12) tourist
attraction sites on the African continent. Tanzania is the only blessed country
with most entries in the list: these areMount
Kilimanjaro, the Ngorongoro Crater,and the Serengeti National Park.All
Tanzanians and the world at large are sensitized to vote for these three
attraction sites and other four (4)
attractions siteswhich they deem fit for inclusion in the list of the SEVEN
NATURAL WONDERS. The total entries for
each vote should not be less than seven (7). For more information on Tanzania’s

In order to ease the voting process,
the Tanzania Tourist Board (TTB) has
requested the organizers to establish a special website,http://sevennaturalwonders.org/tanzania/to direct participants to submit
their entries for voting. Voting is free and only takes a few
minutes.

This competitionwill provide another
opportunity for Tanzania to identify herself and educate the rest of the world
that Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest
mountain in Africa;the Serengeti Park, famous
for theannual spectacular animal migration; and the Ngorongoro Crater, the natural and cultural World Heritage Site;
are all located in Tanzania.
Successful sites will be publicized
through various international media and accorded higher international recognition.
Seize this opportunity and vote for the
