Our company Kushiland Expeditions & Tour Safaris Ltd was registered under CAP 212 of the United Republic of Tanzania with registration No. 44874 on 25th November 2002.
Kushiland Expeditions & Tour Safaris Ltd is a responsible tour operator based on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro in the town of Moshi, Tanzania. Our company was established with a sense of community focus in mind and since then we have been leading tours and expeditions to Mount Kilimanjaro and Mt. Meru areas as well as wildlife safaris in Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti, Tarangire and Arusha National Parks. We are also expert guides on Eco-tourism programs on the slopes of Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. Meru. We also organize beach holidays in Bagamoyo, Dar Es Salaam, Mafia, and Zanzibar – all with our local communities in mind.
On 25th November 2012, we marked the 10th Anniversary of our responsible business operations in the northern circuit. We have involved our clients with our local communities in a participatory approach on various development projects and empower them on their own local initiatives on what we call “A Decade of Responsible Tourism and Transforming Peoples’ Lives”.
We are now cordially inviting you to join hands with us in our annual Kili Charity Climb named “Kilimanjaro - The Ultimate ChallengeTM” starting from 18th to 23rd July, 2013. The aim of this charity climb is to raise funds to support formal and informal education on the villages surrounding the slopes of Mt. Kilimanjaro.
